Caroline is a research lead on IA & Design at frog Lab, the research center about digital humanities of frog design, a global design and strategy consultancy.

Her research focuses on AI from the user point of view and explores the new frontiers delineated by this technology. She notably published a taxonomy of AI user values, new design guidelines for voice user interfaces, and showed how AI can help to better understand and classify organizations based on their official reports.

Caroline is also senior strategist at frog, where she thrives to combine qualitative and quantitative approaches to elicit insights that will lead to tomorrow’s business innovations.

Caroline has a PhD from Stanford University and MS in management from ESSEC business school.
